HTB Enters Entertainment Contest

On 16^th April 2000 the Band entered the Southern Counties Amateur Bands Association (SCABA) entertainment contest at Crawley.
The programme was:

• Pennine Way
• Sergeant's Song (Bass soloist Maurice Wright)
• Puttin' on the Ritz
• Gymnopedie
• Farandole
  

The Band came 7^th out of 7. The competition was for 2^nd and 3^rd section bands. On the day there were only two bands from the 3^rd section with the other five all being from the 2^nd section.
